Are all of your Mosaics made by hand?
Yes. Phoenician Arts prides itself in creating fully handmade mosaics from all natural marble and semi-precious stones, based on the same techniques used by the Greek, Romans and the Byzantinians.

What guarantees do you offer?
Phoenician Arts has a long list of satisfied customers. We guarantee every piece we sell. We have a 60 day return policy (excluding shipping costs in both directions) in which you may return your mosaic if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

How much are shipping costs?
Shipping Cost via DHL Express is $2.75 per pound inclusive of handling and insurance fees. For bulk order, we can arrange other means of shipment. Email us for details.

How long does my shipment usually take?
You should expect your shipment in 3-5 business days if in stock. We will send you a tracking number once your piece has been shipped.

What are your payment terms?
You can chose to pay either through a personal cheque, a Bank Wire Transfer to our name, Online credit card payment on our secure webpage, or through Paypal.

What if I don't like the mosaic after I receive it?
You are covered by our 60 day Satisfaction guarantee. Send it back to us within the 60 days and we will refund you less cost of shipping, no questions asked.

Our company headquarters in located in Milton, Ma , USA while all our mosaics are fabricated by our artists in our Adonis, Lebanon workshop.
